💰 Refunds

  • Items must be returned in new condition with tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

  • Pre-paid return labels are not provided at this time.

📦 Please send the item(s) and invoice to the return address we will provide after your request is approved.

⚠️ Refunds are issued for the item(s) only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

⏱ Timeframe

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

🧾 Condition of Merchandise

We cannot issue a refund for items that:

  • Have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Are missing original tags or packaging.

  • Arrive damaged due to improper packaging by the customer.

To start a return:

  2. We’ll review your request and send you return instructions.

  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method (minus shipping costs if applicable).
