💰 Refunds

Items must be returned in new condition with tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Pre-paid return labels are not provided at this time.
📦 Please send the item(s) and invoice to the return address we will provide after your request is approved.
⚠️ Refunds are issued for the item(s) only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
⏱ Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
🧾 Condition of Merchandise
We cannot issue a refund for items that:

Have been worn, washed, or altered.

Are missing original tags or packaging.

Arrive damaged due to improper packaging by the customer.
🤝 Customer Support
To start a return:

We’ll review your request and send you return instructions.

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method (minus shipping costs if applicable).
